Privacy policy

Dom Epoxy Floors is a DBA of The Dom Construction Group LLC, based in Warnerville, NY. This page explains what information we collect through albanyepoxy.com and our Facebook and Instagram ads, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, phone number, email, town or ZIP, project details and any photos you attach to a quote request or a Facebook lead form.
• AI visualizer: the floor photo you upload, the finish you pick, and your name and phone number. Your photo is sent to Google's Gemini service only to create your preview, and the preview and photo are sent to us so we can follow up.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell us how many people visit, which pages they view, and actions such as tapping "call" or sending a form. It does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, schedule a site visit, prepare a written proposal, and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and its forms (Netlify, Google, Meta) and as required by law.

Your choices

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. To see, correct or delete information you sent us, call or text (518) 888-7942 or email dom@thedomconstruction.com and we'll take care of it.
