Polished concrete
Polished concrete floors
We grind the slab itself through progressively finer diamonds, harden it with a densifier, and polish it to the gloss you want. There's no coating to peel, ever.
Cream polish
Light grind that keeps the smooth top "cream" of the slab. A uniform, modern look.
Salt & pepper
A deeper cut that exposes fine aggregate. Our most requested finish for homes and offices.
Exposed aggregate
The full stone look, like the floors in our gallery. A great fit for new slabs and showrooms.
Why people choose polished concrete
- Lowest lifetime cost: no coating to recoat, just dust-mop and occasional burnish
- Very hard and abrasion-resistant, good for forklifts and heavy traffic
- Bright: the gloss reflects light and can cut lighting needs
- Works great with radiant heat in new homes and additions
- Moisture-friendly: nothing on top to delaminate
Typical installed range is about $4–$7 per sq ft depending on the cut, gloss level and slab condition.
