Epoxy garage & basement floors
A garage floor that cleans with a hose and handles salt, slush and hot tires. Or a basement that finally feels like part of the house.

Full-broadcast flake
Our most popular garage floor. An epoxy base fully covered in vinyl color chips, then a clear UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Hides dirt, adds texture for grip, and won't yellow. 2-car garages typically start around $3,500*.

Solid-color epoxy
Clean, bright, one color, with optional light flake. Great for workshops and basements where you want a showroom look and easy cleanup.

Metallic / designer
Hand-worked metallic pigments that look like marble, stone or flowing water. Each floor is one of a kind. For finished basements, bars, studios and showrooms.

Basement floors that handle a little moisture
Basement slabs in older Capital Region houses often push moisture. We test first, then use a moisture-tolerant primer where it's needed, so the floor doesn't bubble or lift.
Good for finished basements, home gyms, laundry and storage rooms, and playrooms.

Garage floor FAQ
How much does an epoxy garage floor cost in the Albany area?
Many 2-car garages with a full-broadcast flake system start around $3,500, but the price depends on size, slab condition, repairs, travel and current material costs. The online estimator gives an approximate planning range only; your actual price is set in a written proposal after a free site visit.
How long does installation take?
Most garages are done in one to two days. You can walk on the floor the next day and park on it after about 48–72 hours, depending on temperature.
Will it peel like the epoxy kits from the store?
No. Store kits are thin, water-based paint over an acid-etched slab, so they lift under hot tires. We diamond-grind the concrete, repair cracks, and install a professional-grade multi-coat system that bonds into the slab.
Is an epoxy floor slippery?
Flake floors have a natural texture. For extra grip we can add an anti-slip additive to the topcoat on request — a good idea for entries, ramps and basements.
What about road salt and hot tires?
The polyaspartic topcoat we use resists road salt, de-icers, oil, antifreeze and hot-tire pickup — the problems that ruin cheap coatings in upstate winters.
Do you fix cracks first?
Every job includes crack and pit repair. Large cracks are cut out and filled with flexible repair material before coating, so they don't telegraph through.
Ready for a floor you don't have to think about?
